Fan of Sheryl Crow? Fan of good food? Hate Cancer?
Well Sheryl Crow may have the book for you. Inspired by her own battle with breast cancer, Sheryl Crow, along with chef Chuck White have written “If It Makes You Healthy”. She and "Chef Chuck," a nickname she has for her co-writer, met during her bout with cancer. It was during this time, Sheryl Crow had realized that eating healthy has more importance to life than stupid slogans such as "Eat an Apple a Day, keeps the Doctor away," "You either eat to live, or live to eat" or "You are what you eat."
Diet and nutrition is essential in the management of health and disease. If It Makes You Healthy is Sheryl Crow and Chef Chuck's endeavor to share this knowledge with the world by providing recipes that are simple and healthy.
The signing will take place at 6 PM Maqrch 31st, 2011 at Book Passage which can be found at 1 Ferry Building, San Francisco. Many photo opportunities may present themselves, so feel free to bring a camera, but the authors will not pose for pictures, nor will they sign anything but their cookbook.
You can read more about this event at the Book Passage website Sheryl Crow Signing - If It Makes You Healthy.
