Shelby is a stunningly beautiful Chihuahua / Papillon mix with the softest, silkiest coat you have ever touched! Her tail is like a flowing banner, waving with every wag. She loves attention and cuddles from her foster mom and likes to follow her wherever she can. Shelby didn't live with dogs in her previous home, but she has learned to really enjoy being part of her foster family's pack and is even learning to play. We're not sure what happened to Shelby in her past, but men and children seem to make her uncomfortable, and it takes her some time to realize new people aren't there to frighten or hurt her. Once she feels safe, though, she's a real sweetheart! She will be happiest in a calm environment where she can just relax and be loved.
