The Center for Creative Photography is hosting a lecture given by Shelby Lee Adams on Thursday, September 12, 2013. The lecture will take place at 5:30 p.m. in the Center for Creative Photography Auditorium. This is a free event.
The lecture is called "4th Generations." Shelby Lee Adams grew up in Eastern Kentucky. He is an American environmental portrait photography and artist. Adams most known works are his images of Appalachian family life, which is a subject he has focused on since the 1970s.
About the Center of Creative Photography: The Center of Creative Photography is located on the U of A Campus just south of Speedway near the pedestrian underpass that is just East of Park Ave. The Center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
