Jennifer Aniston's sleek bikini body has become a familiar sight in gossip magazines, entertainment Web sites and yes, even the nightly news. But Jennifer wants to get even slimmer before exchanging wedding vows by following a crash diet, reported E News on March 18.

That crash diet is also motivated by her desire to lose the weight that she gained in New York prior to shooting a new project in Los Angeles. Combined with the longing to look her best at her wedding, Jennifer knows what works when it comes to taking off pounds: A strict low-carb diet that's high in protein and veggies. It also includes the hottest super food: Kale.

"I was on a very (strict diet), like, you know, greens and vegetables and lean proteins and kale," she told Access Hollywood recently about how she lost weight quickly prior to a film.

Her advice to others: "I can never stress enough to my friends that they must do as I do...hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible."

Despite her temporary crash diet plans, in general Jennifer follows the Zone diet, according to Broadway World.

The Zone diet plan teaches you to eat meals that are balanced for a 40:30:30 ratio - 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat. Creator Barry Sears says this approach keeps you "in the zone" to win at weight loss while enhancing your health and energy.

Several books are available as a guide, such as "A Week in the Zone: A Quick Course in the Healthiest Diet for You" (click for details) and "Zone Meals in Seconds: 150 Fast and Delicious Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (click for more information).

As for exercise, Jennifer's a yoga lover, according to Self magazine. Her secret weapon for those flat abs is yoga teacher Mandy Ingber, "whose holistic approach works because it creates balance—trimming your core and centering your mind." Mandy has created her own version of yoga called "Yogalosophy."

In addition, Mandy's authored a combination diet and yoga guide that can help you get those enviably flat abs and sleek physique for which Jennifer's become famed: "Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover" (click for more information).
