She works to aspire others

Ruchira Agrawal is a Personal and Professional Development Coach, and Author and CEO of InnerVeda Communications.  She works to aspire others and help them align with their life purpose and vocational calling.

Ruchira shared, “My message is of Hope. Even when things look bleak, if you look hard enough and persevere, you will come out ahead, perhaps further than where you were before. You must believe in yourself and trust that regardless of your circumstances, the Universe is in your corner. If you keep doing your part, you will move forward.”

She described her credentials, “My work entails helping individuals who are at a career and life crossroads find clarity as well as their Right Work. I assist them in connecting with their vocational calling and express that through their ideal career. I have an MBA degree and 21 years of in-depth work experience in recruiting and marketing. I have worked with people for all these years and that has given me deep insight into human beings. In order to further understand the human mind and behavior, I also got certified in Hypnotherapy. Additionally, I have the first-hand experience in transforming my own professional and personal life. This makes my services not only unique but also gives me an edge over somebody who may have only trained but may have never attended the school of life so to speak.”

Her advice for others struggling, “When one is going through something challenging it is often difficult to make sense of things; it feels like this time will never end. If you are feeling lost in life and work, here are 3 important things to know:

·      Know that things never stay the same, so if they are not that great right now, trust that one day they will be.

·      Search for clarity even when things seem chaotic; try not to get overwhelmed because that is not really helpful. Take a deep breath and continue your search for answers. They may not come every time you look for them but if you stay persistent and patient, they will arrive.

·      Don’t underestimate yourself. If you are without work right now or suffering personally, don’t beat yourself down. This is the time to be your own cheerleader, so focus on your strengths and surround yourself with positive people.”
