She so unsual! New York Barbie fans meet the Cindy Lauper doll

Cindy Lauper Doll From MattelThere is a similar likeness to the appearance of Queens, New Yorker born, Cindy Lauper and the new Cindy Lauper Barbie doll, from the Ladies of the 80s Collection. The doll is a great illustration from Cindy Lauper's debut album She's So Unusual.

The doll is designed and accented with the wild and true colors of Cindy Lauper’s firery spirit and energetic personality, with the added vibrant colors of red to the teased tresses, and streaks and highlights of darker red shades on the strands, and has a great look of being blown away in the wind, just as Cindy Lauper herself blew us a way in concerts; singing those heart wrenching songs and electric pop music on some of the stages of the Big Apple like Madison Square Garden.

The dress is something to talk about. The full red dress may bring an image of Cindy Lauper flouncing around, and the tails of skirt moving with her, expressing the power of music. The dress has a satin look with decorative boarders around the hem and waist. She’s wearing a great pair of fishnet stockings, topping it off with red neon pumps!

This doll's designings is truly effective in bringing back those days of the 80s. The doll truly captures the uniqueness of Cindy Lauper. The doll will soon be available, on Mattel.com. What a great edition this would make for a New York doll collector and definitely Cinder Lauper fans.
