A few weeks ago, the Internet was on fire discussing Oxygens new reality show called 'All. My babies mamas'. But before the show could be aired, conservative African Americans began a petition to get it cancelled. Tuesday, reports surfaced that Oxygen had backed out and today Shawty has his petition up asking people to not stop him from feeding his 11 children by 10 different women. Not only are critics upset at his many children with different women but also he has a barely legal girlfriend who is younger than several of his kids. Although most who have nearly perfect life's may feel that victory has been won with the canceling of this show.
However there is a growing 'left behind ' society that are tired of people diminishing a culture that has developed in poor segregated some communities round the U.S. Others wish to expose this epidemic through reality shows. If honey boo boo, bad girls club, rich woman fighting on tv, teenage pregnant girls and their reality,and many more disturbing shows; why Shawty Lo? He and his family have grown up among schools with teachers and administrators freely having relationships with students and noone is protesting that but they choose to focus on him. His reality is the reality of a lot of men. And his children and baby mamas reality is shared with plenty of others. They need to see their realities just as everyone else does.
