Shaq's wife files for a legal seperation.
The newest member of the Cleveland Cavaliers is sparking some off court buzz. Shaquille O'Neal's wife, Shaunie O'neal filed for legal separation in Los Angeles county on Monday. TMZ reports that Shaunie O'Neal cited irreconcilable differences in the document.
In addition to asking for an unspecified amount of money for spousal and child support, Shaunie is also seeking sole custody of the couple's four minor children, with visitation rights for O'Neal.
This is the second time Shaunie and Shaq have split. The couple also filed for divorce in 2007.
Reportedly the couple, who have a prenuptial agreement, eventually reconciled after a bitter dispute over whether or not he was hiding money from her.
RadarOnline.com reports that this separation comes on the heels of Internet rumors stating Shaq was involved with a team mate's fiancé last year when he played in Phoenix.
Shaunie O'neal has pulled the couple's children out of school in Florida and flew them to be with her in L.A. A move that is thought to be financially motivated. See Video Below.

How sad for their kids - how lucky for the single ladies in Cleveland!
The move to LA was not money motivated. Shaunie is FROM the Los Angeles area, and her parents and little brother are still there. The O'neals also maintain a home there.
This is sad for the kids, however, they should have known it was not going to work out the first time. I believe that everything she does is money motivated. She filed for separation very quickly to have been the first one that was reported having an affair. "Shaq, I have always been there for you, even when you were at LA Tech" Holla at cha GIRL....
