Gossip Center reported today (Jan.7) that Olympian Shaun White has been cleared of all charges stemming from his September arrest for public intoxication and vandalism . Reportedly White had a wee bit to much to drink at Patrick Carney’s wedding. In an apology issued after the incident, White said "I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I'm truly sorry for my poor behavior."
White's vandalism charge was dismissed in November after White paid for damages. The Nashville DA's office says that White's attorneys have submitted proof that the snowboarder completed his community service. He had previously submitted proof that he had undergone an alcohol assessment leading to the dismissal of the public intoxication charges.
Shaun's people released the following statement: "All matters in regard to the recent incident in Nashville have been resolved ... Additionally, prior media reports stating that Shaun was required to participate in any alcohol treatment or rehab program were false."
