Shattered Not Broken

VSA Colorado/Access Galleries is having an Opening Reception for their "Shattered Not Broken" art exhibit showcasing the works of four artists with Multiple Sclerosis in the Main Gallery; Brett Weber, Ph.D., Ginia Paige, Dru Marchese and Virginia Phillips . 

The Studio Gallery will  have a peice from the ARTS FOR ALL Mural and artworks from the King Adult Day Enrichment Program at the Rocky Mountain MS Center. 

The Reception is on Friday February 17th at 6:00 p.m.at the VSA Colorado/Access Galleries, 909 Santa Fe Drive in Denver, 80204.  The Gallery is in the Cultural Arts District. 

The show is presented in Partnership with the Rocky Mountain MS Center and the title of the show was inspired by words from Dru Marchese, who is one of the artists' featured in the show:

We are shattered but we are whole.
We are damaged but we are complete.
We are diverse but we are the same.
We are complex but we are uncomplicated.
We are unsure but we are confident.

The Gallery will be part of their "First Friday" event on Friday March 2, 2012 and will have a closing reception on March 16, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

Gallery Hours:  Tuesday-Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on First Fridays.
