Sharon Osbourne has a message for women who think it's impossible to lose weight as you age: Wrong. After losing almost 30 pounds, the self-proclaimed "Survivor" and co-host of "The Talk" is revealing her secrets.
In a recent interview with Reader's Digest, Sharon disclosed how she turned to the popular ketogenic high protein, low carb Atkins diet for weight loss success. She also exercised regularly.
Sharon shared her top three tips for slim-down success:
1. Choose a diet plan that suits your social life.

“There’s nothing worse than going out with friends or family and being the one who says ‘Oh, I can’t eat that…I’m on a diet,’” Sharon stated.
2. Find the healthiest way for you to feel satisfied between meals.
“I always used to leave the dinner table thinking, ‘What’s in my fridge?'" Sharon admitted.
