Sharon Osbourne, Rob Kardashian, Beyoncé's weight loss tips: Atkins, vegan meals (Photos)

Now that March is right around the corner celebrities are making their weight loss tips and plans well known.

Sharon Osbourne spoke of her weight loss to GMA (watch the video below) and is starring in a new Atkins commercial that proudly displays her 23-pound weight loss in six weeks. She lost the weight using the Atkins plan and therefore this reporter just went over to Atkins.com/kit in order to sign up for my free kit that I learned about in their commercial I saw last night.

"Have you tried Atkins before?" my husband asked me as we watched the commercial together.

I told him yes but that was years ago back when Atkins was only about protein, protein (and more protein!) and eating bacon and eggs without any good carbs for breakfast made me feel nauseated.

But Atkins is much improved these days and seeing the commercial with the new frozen prepared meals last night made me want to add Atkins as one more tool in my weight-loss arsenal.

I just looked on their website to see where I can find the new Atkins frozen meals, and they listed a Walmart not that far away from me in Ohio that has them. None on Walmart.com yet, although they have other Atkins' products.

I have already described in some detail my approximately 1,600 calorie per day eating plan that bless God has help me drop about 10 pounds in a few weeks.

Some days I found myself going over the 1,600 calories, so one thing that has really helped me over the edge and my weight-loss journey is finally taking a couple of the Genesis Today Green Coffee Bean Extract supplements with Svetol that I learned about on the Dr. Oz show.

Yes, Dr. Oz does not recommend specific brands but he did give the breakdown of the ingredients that he approves the green coffee bean extract pills should contain, like at least 45% Chlorogenic Acid and not other bad fillers, and those Genesis Today supplements have fit the bill for me.

I have only been taking two per day instead of the recommended six pills per day because I wanted to see how those particular supplements affected my body. So far they have really helped reduce my appetite and they don't make me shaky but I notice I do have more energy which is good, since it makes me want to get up and go for a 5K run on the treadmill which I'm addicted to doing and or clean my house and do laundry. I like the extra boost of energy in the afternoon but I don't take it too late -- like past 5 p.m. -- so I won't be awake when it's time to go to sleep.

So in traveling down to the 144-pound target weight that Atkins just told me is the low end of the range for a woman my height 5'10" I figure why not use all the tips I can use to help me reach my target weight and feel even better?

Rob Kardashian's weight loss tips

Another celebrity that is making their followers aware of their weight-loss journey is Rob Kardashian, the famous younger brother of the Kardashian clan.

I really sympathized with Rob when I saw his tweets on Twitter showing a picture of what he called his "fat boy" meal.

"Another fat boy breakfast. Let's go! 5 mile run next. 50 pounds gots to go!" he wrote two days ago.

He is getting better and working out in trying to drop the 50 pounds that he gained during a tumultuous year. Rob's emotional relationship with pop star Rita Ora has been pegged as the reason why the normally svelte young man has ballooned to 215 pounds. He says he hates and he hates to see pictures of himself right now.

I love the fact that one of his followers told him to not be so hard on himself and I can relate to how our emotional states of being affect our weight.

It's funny how you can lose weight when you're in love and then gain weight when you've undergone heartbreak but they also say there's a thing as being fat and happily married.

I'd rather be healthy and thin and happily married thank you.

So Rob workouts and his pics of delectable meals like grapefruit and eggs are inspiring to his readers. Before long that after pic of Robb with the puffy face and bulbous body that he tries to try to hide under sweats will eventually turn back into the slimmer frame that he's used to. Go going Rob!

Beyoncé's weight-loss tips for 2013

And then there are the weight-loss tips of Beyoncé, a superstar woman who many of us have been following ever since we first saw her as a teenager in Destiny's Child.

The first huge weight loss that Beyoncé described was the 20 pounds she dropped during the filming of Dreamgirls by using the Master Cleanse diet fast lemonade maple syrup cayenne pepper drink concoction.

That diet may or may not of been healthy for a quick weight-loss but beyond that Beyoncé's next big 60-pound weight loss (or 57 pounds to be exact that she recently told Oprah about) was due to her running on the treadmill and eating lettuce and such.

And now that Beyoncé is once again back in the spotlight due to her excellent "Life is But a Dream" documentary people are following her weight-loss tips once again.

The latest diet plan unveiled for Beyoncé is the fact that she reportedly eats one vegan meal per day along with other meals. This makes sense because vegan meals tend to be lower in calories naturally and full of nutrition.

Just like Victoria Beckham, Beyoncé also supposedly snacks on edamame beans for a high-protein and low calorie snack.

We've seen rumors of Beyoncé's eating plan across the web but what makes the most sense to me is a person finding out their BMI their body mass index based upon whether they're male or female, their height and her current weight in determining if they are at their ideal weight, overweight or obese.

We can all then use this information to adopt sensible and slow at weight-loss plan that doesn't leave a starving or unhealthy. With all these good celebrity weight-loss tips let's pray that were all at a healthy weight by the time spring really does roll around.
