With Knapp ruling out October for the promotion's next event, the proof is in the pudding that the next card will be held in November.
No official dates have been provided, but historically Invicta FC hasn't been keen on going toe-to-toe with UFC events.
It's going to be tough for the promotion to have a night all to its own for Invicta FC 7, even in the month of November. The UFC already has Nov. 6 locked up for UFC Fight Night for the Troops, along with a Saturday night event on Nov. 9, which will be headlined by Vitor Belfort vs Dan Henderson.
The UFC also has Nov. 16 booked, with a title fight between Georges St-Pierre and Johny Hendricks.
With the Team Tate vs Team Rousey finale expected to take place on Sat., Nov. 30, Invicta's best bet for a night of its own may be Nov. 23.
However, the promotion has made no official statement on the date or venue for Invicta FC 7.
What we do know is that Invicta FC 7 will feature a stacked card, likely with two or three title fights on it.
Carla Esparza is set to defend her strawweight title against Claudia Gadelha, Leslie Smith has a flyweight bout lined up against Barb Honchak and Michelle Waterson will be defending her atomweight belt against someone other than Jessica Penne.
Knapp hasn't stated which of the three titles will be defended at Invicta FC 7, but she said in a recent interview that it's possible the card would feature three title fights.
