Welcome back folks. Here is your next installment of exercises to heighten your game.
This is a simple practice session or game that can be played alone or with up to eight players. To determine the order of play, have each player splash two darts (throw two darts at the same time at the board) and players will proceed based on high to low score.
There are 20 Rounds. Start at Number 1 and work your way to 20. Points are scored based on the number of marks hit in that number. Example 9 Mark = 9 points. Once all rounds are completed, high score wins. Now here is the twist. If you hit the triple on the first dart it is best to try for the Shanghai (Trip, Single, Double), For beginners, First person to hit a Shanghai automatically wins the game. For more advanced players, the winner would be the first person to hit Three Shanghai's.
You will find that this allows you to work the entire board and enhance your overall accuracy. On a side note it also keeps you sharp and lengthens the life of your board.
Give it a shot and enjoy!
