At the end of the latest episode, Robbie (Nick Gehlfuss) told Fiona (Emmy Rossum), "It's going to happen again. Very soon, addict," after they had sex when Mike (Jake McDorman) was too drunk to notice. Well, in this next "Shameless" episode, against her better judgment, Fiona does continue her secret affair with Robbie, and Mike is going to show up at Robbie's while Fiona's there.

Meanwhile, Frank (William H. Macy) is still in bad shape health-wise and tries to contrive an "accident" for an ample insurance layout to cover the cost of a potential transplant. In "Like Father, Like Daughter," not knowing Frank was her father, Sammi (Emily Burgl), offered up her liver and kissed him?

The "Strangers on a Train" promo offers a look at Lip (Jeremy Allen White) returning from college and going to see Kevin (Steve Howey) and Mandy (Emma Greenwell), as well as Fiona telling Robbie not to come near her again…and hooking up with him then Mike showing up at his apartment, and Frank finding out just how much the transplant will cost and turning to Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) with an idea to make the money. Plus, don't forget to check out the promotional photos Showtime has released from this episode in the slideshow.

"Shameless" season 4 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on Showtime. What do you think of this episode 4 "Strangers on a Train" preview?
