Everyone is talking about Shakira on "The Voice" last night. It was a pretty rough night for her on the social networks when fans started talking. On Wednesday, Hollywood Life shared how she threw out a cuss word on live television which is never a good thing.
Tess Boyer and Dani Moz were both in the bottom three. The camera showed Shakira looking for a reaction and they caught her mouthing the "F" word. Of course she didn't even think when she said it and it ended up on television. Everyone saw it though. Fans went to Twitter to talk about it right after it happened. She was on her Twitter account but didn't mention it at all.
Also on Wednesday Pop Crush posted about her performance of her new song "Empire." It was a great performance with fire in the background and full of energy, but fans believe that she was actually lip syncing on this song. There were a few parts that looked like they weren't live. So far she hasn't admitted if this is what really happened or not.
It really did look like Shakira was lip syncing during this performance. That has a lot of people talking because she is the coach on a show that is all about singing live. It is very possible that part of it was live and part was lip sync. It sadly starting to become pretty common for people to perform songs on television and lip sync. Things just aren't the way that they used to be on live television.
"The Voice" is now to the live shows on NBC. It will be interesting to see if any of the other coaches decide to lip sync when they perform on the series. It won't be long before they crown a big winner for this season of the show.
