Bust your booty, not your budget with a week at the Oaks at Ojai, the country’s only economy spa/resort where you can trim down, twerk out like Miley Cyrus and shape up. The Ojai, California spa is offering two theme sessions to keep you moving.
So you think you can dance? The sensory-based movement practice draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Try your moves with Rachel Fleischman during her Dance Your Bliss workouts or do Aqua Zumba with Deirdre Martinez. Prefer hip hop, no problems they’re doing that too as well as choreographed cardio, Bollywood Burlesque, Flamenco and more.
