Shain Gandee’s family started searching for the reality star and his uncle on Easter after the two didn't come home from a bar. However the news from Sissonville on Monday morning was grim as the Sheriff’s office confirmed the reality star and two other individuals were found dead. The young celebrity was 21. According to the Charleston Gazette on Monday, the sheriff’s office confirmed the discovery of the reality star, but wasn’t releasing any further details on the incident.
Shain Gandee was known by fans as a regular cast member of the Buckwild series. The MTV series had really only just begun as the series follows the lives of nine young adults in Sissonville and Charleston, West Virginia. Showcasing the love of the small town American lifestyle, the cast members made their own ways to enjoy life in a rural setting.
As some MTV fans might be skeptical to take the news of the Buckwild star’s death at face value. It is April Fool’s day and Gandee was a practical joker on the show, but the seriousness of the situation has multiple news media outlets reporting on the death of the celebrity.
