Between 2005 and 2010 Brazilian jazz vocalist Luciana Souza was San Francisco Performances (SFP) Jazz Artist-in-Residence. At the end of this month, she will return to Herbst Theatre for her sixth appearance in the SFP Jazz Series, giving the final concert in the series for the current season. She will be joined only by guitarist Romero Lubambo to give a program simply entitled Brazilian Duos. All specific selections will be announced from the stage.
This concert will take place at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, in Herbst Theatre (401 Van Ness Avenue at the southwest corner of McAllister Street). Tickets are on sale for $25, $30, $40, and $55.
