The San Francisco Giants face the Chicago White Sox in the last game of a two-game series at AT&T Park this afternoon.

With their 3-2 loss to the White Sox in extra innings the previous night, the Giants fell to 7-22 at home since June 9. San Francisco now trails the Los Angeles Dodgers by six games in the NL West.

San Francisco will send RHP Jake Peavy, who has changed his number to #22, to the mound to halt the current five-game skid. In addition to the team's losing streak, Peavy is in the midst of his own five-start losing streak, with his last win occurring on April 25. Since that win, the right-hander has gone 0-12 with a 5.24 ERA.

The Giants will face Chicago's LHP Jake Quintana with the first pitch scheduled for 12:45 p.m.
