SF Communities to hold grand opening for new neighborhood in Perry, GA

On Wednesday July 20, 2011 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, SF Communities will be hosting a grand opening for their new subdivision in Perry, GA.

The grand opening will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new model home located at 102 Ousley Way, Perry, GA  31069.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided by SF Communities, middle GA's #1 homebuilder.  There will also be door prizes and home tours.

Longbridge Subdivision is located in Perry, GA, just south of Perry Parkway.  The neighborhood features beautiful 2-story homes with 2700 -3700 sq feet and some of the biggest master bedrooms ever seen.   Prices currently range from $174,000 to $215,000.
