Raising awareness to help fight the number one killer of women in North America, celebrities from NY to LA and beyond walked down the runway to kick-off NY Fashion Week 2010.


Among the stars in scarlet was Dynasty dame Joan Collins in a fiery Stephane Rolland gown with an elaborate train.


Heidi Klum, Kim Kardashian, Elizabeth Hasselbeck -- urging women to get tested for a healthy heart by their doctors -- and many others also took to the runway for the Heart Truth Red Dress show in Bryant Park.
