According to a Feb. 28 report from MMA Junkie, Korean TV personality and sexy model Su Jung Lee is set to join Kang Ye-bin as one of just two Korean octagon girls to ever appear in the UFC's 20-year history.
Arianny Celeste and Brittney Palmer won't be needing their passports this weekend in Japan, as Jung Lee has been called up to the big show to flaunt her assets in between rounds at UFC on Fuel TV 8.
"It's really nerve-wracking but also exciting to be chosen as a UFC ring girl," Lee stated in an official statement to promote UFC on Fuel TV 8. "I want to show all the fans the charms of a Korean ring girl."
Lee will work alongside Japan's Azusa Nishigaki at UFC on FUEL TV 8: Silva vs Stann.
Nishigaki debuted at this past year's UFC 144 event and now returns for her second appearance at a UFC event.
UFC on Fuel TV 8 is set for Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, Japan, and Wanderlei Silva fights Brian Stann in the main event.
"This fight for sure isn't going past the third round," Silva said. "One guy's going down, and it's not going to be me. [Stann] is a really good fighter. He's strong, he's fast, he has real good muay Thai. He's a professional, and he's a tough opponent. And it's opponents like that that I like to fight. I like to fight tough guys, strong guys to prove things to myself, and I'm so glad to fight against him because I know we'll put on a good show for the fans."
Looks like Su Jung Lee won't be needing a Round Four cue card.
