In tonight's episode (3), of "Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew," Duncan Roy will share with viewers how he was forced to grow up at an extremely young age, as he discusses a timeline that he has written out, documenting the various events of his life.

He talks about the experience of being a patient in a psychiatric hospital when he was young; and how, by that point in time, he felt like a grown-up man in a child's body.  He had already endured countless, recurrent episodes of extreme violence and sexual abuse as a child.

Watch a preview of tonight's "Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew," episode 3, below:

Official VH1 Cast Bio:  Duncan Roy | Producer/Director:  Raised in Kent, England, Duncan is a producer, writer and director of numerous feature films and commercials. He was sexually abused for most of his childhood, and at a very young age started an ongoing affair with a much older man. At 17, he pretended to be a Lord and incurred huge credit card debt landing him in prison. While incarcerated, he discovered a taste for straight men, a preference that he still has to this day. This became the storyline of his most well-known film, AKA. At 30, he went into rehab for his cocaine addiction, and has been sober ever since. In his sobriety, he has found that his sexual addiction had become very problematic. He is especially obsessed with internet porn, to the point that days will go by unnoticed as he surfs the internet for pornography.

For more info:   About Child Sexual Abuse (from Wikipedia):

Child sexual abuse is a form of child abuse in which an adult or older adolescent abuses a child for sexual stimulation Forms of CSA include asking or pressuring a child to engage in sexual activities (regardless of the outcome), indecent exposure of the genitals to a child, displaying pornography to a child, actual sexual contact against a child, physical contact with the child's genitals, viewing of the child's genitalia without physical contact, or using a child to produce child pornography.

The effects of child sexual abuse include depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, propensity to re-victimization in adulthood, and physical injury to the child, among other problems. Sexual abuse by a family member is a form of incest, and can result in more serious and long-term psychological trauma, especially in the case of parental incest.

Approximately 15% to 25% of women and 5% to 15% of men were sexually abused when they were children. Most sexual abuse offenders are acquainted with their victims; approximately 30% are relatives of the child, most often brothers, fathers, uncles or cousins; around 60% are other acquaintances such as friends of the family, baby sitters, or neighbors; strangers are the offenders in approximately 10% of child sexual abuse cases. Most child sexual abuse is committed by men; studies show that women commit 14% to 40% of offenses reported against boys and 6% of offenses reported against girls. Most offenders who abuse pre-pubescent children are pedophiles, however a small percentage do not meet the diagnostic criteria for pedophilia.

Under the law, "child sexual abuse" is an umbrella term describing criminal and civil offenses in which an adult engages in sexual activity with a minor or exploits a minor for the purpose of sexual gratification. The American Psychiatric Association states that "children cannot consent to sexual activity with adults", and condemns any such action by an adult: "An adult who engages in sexual activity with a child is performing a criminal and immoral act which never can be considered normal or socially acceptable behavior."
