An Atlanta sex club bust report on Tuesday has two neighbors happy, with one of them having been propositioned to dance there while she was out buying tires, and the other not surprised that anything like that was going on in her neighborhood.
Undercover cops went to check out the business that looked more like a rundown garbage site than a place where couples could participate in illegal sex as other patrons looked on. And while loud noise might have disturbed the neighbors, the cops were also upset with the owner not having permits required to operate a business that sells alcohol among other things.
Someone had tipped off the police to the activities and they dutifully investigated according to Lt. Scott Kreher, taking action once the undercover operatives revealed what all they saw according to CBS Atlanta.
"We're happy that we were able to shut that illegal business down for the community and make that community a little safer," he said.
The concern now is that the owner of the club, who was arrested, will attempt to try and reopen the business later. But Atlanta police plan to monitor it so that doesn't happen.
