In the pages of the latest Self magazine, 44-year-old Sex and the City actress Kristin Davis says she's packing more body-confidence now than ever before.
"In my 20s, I was so miserable that I looked it," the brunette beauty told Self. "My weight was all over the place."
"At 30, I was, like, 'I made it!' Then my career took off, and I discovered you can be on a show where the women aren't 20 and aren't hiding that fact. I felt better, so I looked better."
She adds a common yoga phrase, "I became more present with my body." Probably because Davis is a huge fan of the practice.
In addition to yoga, the actress also enjoys Pilates and credits the work she does with Winsor to keeping her fit. Davis also enjoys working out with fellow Sex and the City 2 co-star Sarah Jessica Parker, who is a busy mom with twins and her son.
The two were recently spotted leaving a gym in Manhattan together.
Sex and the City 2, which is set to feature teen celeb singer Miley Cyrus, will go big-screen on May 28, 2010.
