What would happen if a fraternity moved in next door? This is the premise of the upcoming comedy film "Neighbors," starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron. A married couple are enjoying life with their new baby, and decide to move into a new neighborhood in the suburbs. However, they soon discover that their new neighbors are in fact a bunch of loud fraternity brothers. The film is scheduled for release on May 9, 2014.

However, the fraternity throws loud parties and causes tons of havoc so the pair eventually breaks down and calls the police. The fraternity knows it was them, and decides to exact their revenge.

From car airbags to exercise balls to Robert de Niro parties, the amount of comedy is nonstop, and the fraternity, Delta Psi, clearly has the upper hand with over fifty members against the Radner's three. The Radner's try the if you can't beat them join them philosophy, but the results might alter their future forever.
