Set your Intentions for Spring with Meditation and Art

Meditation and Art Workshop at Shambhala Yoga and Dance Studio

Setting Intentions For Spring

Come and join Lydia Riojas and the community at Shambhala Yoga and Dance Studio on February 24th from 3 to 5pm for a couple of hours of meditation and art making to set intentions for Spring. In mid-winter, it is all too easy to fall into a slump or get grumpy about the lingering cold weather, but the cold driving you indoors is also an opportunity to set intentions for the upcoming months. You can begin to let go of winter concerns, clean up your psyche and make some room for the light and prismatic burst of solar energy that is about to hit by starting with a colorful accordion book to help you stay focused as we enter another seasonal transition.
You don’t need any previous art or meditation training. An open heart and mind will be enough to learn some powerful tools for visioning and creating a touchstone for your dreams. Let your eyes and hands get a treat as you do something creative in a lovely yoga studio located in Brooklyn. It is free to the public so just come!
