It's official: Gal Gadot will play Wonder Woman in the "Man of Steel" sequel. She'll join Henry Cavill’s Superman and Ben Affleck’s Batman to play a female icon that is supposed to inspire women of all ages and make men swoon. So just how did Gal sculpt that Wonder-Woman-worthy body? Find out here.
A former Miss Israel who represented her country in the 2004 Miss Universe pageant, Gal starred in "Fast & Furious" and played various guest roles. To maintain her pageant-winning beauty, Gal believes in eating clean.
She is "a big fan of a good diet and healthy lifestyle," Gal told Filler magazine. "I believe that what we put in our bodies will reflect on the outside."
Among her tips for staying sleek and slim:
- Enjoy generous servings of vegetables.
- Stay hydrated by drinking water throughout the day.
- Incorporate exercise into your life and "stay active."
In addition, Gal believes in holistic beauty secrets. She uses "a skin care collection is made with the antioxidant resveratrol [extracted from red wine]. I use the products every morning and every night. It leaves my skin feeling amazing," she reveals.
As to what you can expect when it comes to her lifestyle, Gal keeps it simple.
"Less is more," she advises.
And for those who want to indulge in nostalgia and experience the original "Wonder Woman," a DVD of the complete first season is available, including the delightfully titled "Beauty, Brawn and Bulletproof Bracelets." Find out more about "Wonder Woman: The Complete First Season" by clicking here.
