It may be a year away, but anything on the sequel to The Avengers is bound to get moviegoers' attention. The next installment of the The Avengers, Age of Ultron, is scheduled to hit theaters next May with the Joss Whedon returning to the directors chair. The film is still in production and set photos have already reveal a great deal of things (such new designs for the Avengers and new characters). The latest set pics on the blockbuster reveals nothing new, but it does show off another location as well as many familiar faces.
Thanks to Sammy J Lee and The Sheriff Studios, a new set has been revealed for the 2015 film. The images show that the movie is being shot at the UEA Campus in Norwich. The set photos features like of scientists and many extras in what look to be recruit uniforms. The photos also features both Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans in full costume, as well as Robert Downey Jr. on the set both in and out of costume.
The new images can lead to many speculations. First off just what role does the UEA Campus play in the film? Could it be a place owned by Stark Industries, or could it be SHIELD training facility? If the set has to do with SHIELD, then that would lead to questions about peacekeeping task force? Also what are the likes of Captain America and Thor doing there. Are the heroes in action or could they just be stopping by? While the set photos reveal nothing major, they certainly raise a lot of questions.
Age of Ultron brings many stars back from the 2012 film. Not only will we be seeing Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth again, but Mark Rufallo, Scarlertt Johansson, Jermey Renner and Samuel L.Jackson are also returning for the sequel. Along with returning ensemble is Aaron Taylor Johnson, Elisabeth Olsen, Thomas Kretschmann and James Spader as Ultron.
