According to Oxford Police, James Glaser, a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) sufferer is calling for the boycott of Big I's after being verbally attacked upon entry Saturday morning. Glaser claims that the diner's cook and owner began yelling profanities at him for attempting to enter with his service dog.
Glaser contacted Oxford Police after Big I's refused to service the duo, kicking them out. Even after providing documentation of his service dog's status, Big I's continued to disallow the pair, even questioning the documentation's authenticity.
Glaser is planning to file an Americans with Disabilities Act complaint and calling upon Big I's patrons to boycott the small town diner.
