Service dog and family pet Zeus in Staten Island kill shelter

Zeus is in danger of being put to sleep. This shelter kills 24/7. Zeus was a family dog since 3 weeks old. He is a year and a half old gorgeous white AmStaff.

Zeus is great with kids, dogs, people, other animals and everybody else! Zeus walks well on the leash, is house trained, goes on runs and uses the treadmill on rainy days.

He has been on high quality salmon and rice food since puppyhood. “He is one of those dogs what will wait and wag his tail till you say ‘okay, you can eat’.”

Zeus is “very loving and will sit next to you all day just to be petted and talked to.”

The family lost their home and heartbroken to leave Zeus at a high kill shelter. Zeus doesn’t deserve to die due to the economy.

Zeus is a registered service dog. Like so many others in New York, he will most likely die.
