Serene Rememberance from 'Gatecrash' revealed (Photos)

Serene Remembrance is one of the newest "Magic: The Gathering" cards spoiled today Jan. 11, 2013 from Wizards of the Coast's upcoming expert expansion set "Gatecrash" revealed in an article by Brian David-Marshall on MagicTheGathering.com.

Serene Remembrance - G
Sorcery (Uncommon)
Shuffle Serene Remembrance and up to three target cards from a single graveyard into their owners' libraries.

While Lazav schemed and Niv-Mizzet researched, Trostani sought the future in the whispers of the past.

Serene Remembrance will help you from decking yourself, restocking your library with key spells and threats. Although Serene Remembrance won't replace itself by letting you draw a card like Gaea's Blessing, it shuffles itself back into your deck. That means even a lone copy can be an elegant solution.

There's plenty of cards in Standard that you don't want in your opponent's graveyard, and Serene Remembrance gives green players another option instead of splashing white for Rest in Peace.

From a reanimation deck with Unburial Rites to a Scavenge or Flashback based deck, there's almost always a useful target for Serene Remembrance.

How will you use Serene Remembrance?
