Last night, Serena Williams lost against Kim Clijsters because of a disqualified foot fault and her very verbal response. After review of the tape, as it turns out she did not have a foot fault, but her burst of anger lost her the game.
Serena Williams said: "I swear to God, I'm [bleep] taking this ball and I'm shoving it down your [bleep] throat."
After listening to the video you can hear Serena Williams say: “I didn’t say I would kill you, are you serious? I didn’t say that.”
Because she had already received a warning earlier in the game for smashing a racket, Serena Williams was given an automatic point penalty for the second violation, and as a result lost the game, according to CNN.
She was fined $10,000 for the outburst and $500 for the previous warning for smashing a racket. There may be further auction., CNN reported.

you have to be kidding. if you were watching the match, you would have seen that, although they reviewed the tape, the angle of the tape made them unable to tell if it was a foot fault or not. all you have to do for a foot fault is touch the baseline. this is not the first time serena was called for a foot fault, either.
what video shows not foot fault? i have looked high and low and no video is clear enough and at the right angle to over turn the ruling of a foul. williams should join an anger management class and get schooled on how to behave in public. worse than macenroe but a factor of 10!
i watched the 'not foot fault' video on CNN this morning, but i haven't seen it anywhere else, and it hasn't they been posted on the CNN website.
The whole thing is ridiculous...they should have played on.....please..............
but they lukd fr ne signs of chalk dust nd found none... i think thts y tey think its nt one...
Serena should be suspended and not permitted to compete in the doubles. She needs to apologize to the line judge and especially to Kim Clijsters who could not even enjoy her victory because of Serena's actions. She disgraced herself and the sport of tennis with her actions and should be ashamed of herself, not blaming the line judge and her "passion for the game".
