One of the most beloved live music venues in Orlando, Will’s Pub, is celebrating their 19 anniversary all month with some great shows. On Friday and Saturday they have Orlando Reunion Fest, bringing together a lot of bands from the earlier days, bands reuniting just for these shows. There will also be a special art show featuring photos, flyers, and posters from past shows.

On Saturday at The Social is the “Bring A Friend” EP release and tour kick-off show for Reggie Williams and Matthew Fowler. Fans purchasing tickets in advance for $8 get a copy of the special EP. Joining them for this show is another Orlando based singer/songwriter Landon Pontius.

There are quite a few opportunities this week for fans to invest in their favorite band’s crowd funding projects. Orlando band Kept Quiet launched a very modest Kickstarter project. They are hoping to raise the last $300 they need to fund their debut EP and shoot a music video.

Randal Branham’s Kickstarter has until September 16 to reach his $3,500 goal for his music video. Meka Nism’s Kickstarter only has until September 7 to reach their $11,111 goal to record their second EP.

The Jonnie Morgan Band met their Kickstarter goal already and bought their new tour bus. As expected, the bus was more than their goal and the band is hoping to have the rest of the cost pledged before the campaign ends on September 3.

Orlando band The Getbye still has a lot of time on their Kickstarter campaign to raise $8,500 for their new tour bus. Their fundraising project is set to run until October 9.
