Septemberfest – Saturday and Sunday, September 6th and 7th at Merritt Estate Winery, 2264 King Rd. in Forestville. Sample food, wine and beer from the area while checking out the classic car show, live music, vendors and more. Get more information at www.merrittestatewinery.com.

Harvest Celebration of Food and Wine – Saturday and Sunday, September 13th and 14th at participating wineries along the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Sample wines from the trail along with dishes featuring the region’s seasonal produce. Ticket prices vary based on which winery you start at; hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday – find out more about the Harvest Celebration at www.keukawinetrail.com.

Harvest Festival – Friday through Sunday, September 19th through 21st at participating wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail. Featuring wine parings with harvest-themed foods, many locally grown. Tickets are valid for all three days and include three tastings and samples at each winery; visitors also get a commemorative wine glass at their starting winery. Hours for the event are Friday noon to 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.; tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door.
