The holidays are upon us and for many that means travel near and far. For those doing so in the area SEPTA will be running a regular schedule for suburban buses, trolleys, the Norristown High Speed Line and Regional Rail on Christmas Eve. City buses and trolleys will be operating on a modified schedule.
On Christmas Day all services will be running on a Sunday schedule except for Regional Rail which will be operating a Special Christmas Day Schedule.
The rest of the week all services will operate normally except for city transit which will be operating on a modified schedules.
On New Year's Eve Regional Rail will operate late night services for those enjoying the evening with some trains leaving as late as 1:40 am.
On New Years Day all services will be operating on a Sunday schedule for the Mummer's Parade so you can party as hard as you want or need to in the city and still get to where you need to be safely.
