Here's what Richard Holloway had to say about his project: "Sensitive Souls Truffiere is a several year dream and plan of mine, Richard Holloway jr. I have put in years of experience on a family farm in Harrisburg, Oregon and Commercial fished off of Oregon and Alaska’s coastlines. Currently, I am working on international merchant vessels. I have always been an avid wild mushroom and truffle hunter when home from sea. Our trained truffle dogs quickly detect fresh truffles. I know this orchard is not just a dream. It can be done on this scale of 20 acres or larger. I know the amount of hard work it will take and have the knowledge to create great truffle farm. It will be the largest cultivated Perigord truffière on the west coast."
