Senior pit bull, living alone in a room, needs a loving forever home

This beautiful senior Florida dog is looking for a loving forever home, Facebook reported.

Oreo is a 12-year-young pit bull whose family has come upon hard times. His owners are in the Orlando area, and have left him to be cared for by neighbors, relinquishing custody of Oreo.

The neighbors really want to find a good home for Oreo. He's alone all day every day in a room. His food and water needs are met, but Oreo really needs someone to make him a part of their family. Someone who can take him outside and play, then offer him a soft bed on which to rest his body.

Oreo is located in the NW 34th Avenue in Miami Gardens. There are several contacts you can touch base with, either to meet Oreo, or to take this big boy home.

Wendi can be reached at 954-600-7282. Chris, who wants to say goodbye to Oreo and to meet his new family after working so hard to find him a home, would like to be contacted at 305-330-7281. If Chris doesn't answer, please leave a phone number where you can be reached, as Chris has a tough work schedule and isn't always available.

Please share Oreo with friends in Florida. Surely there's someone out there who can offer him a loving home for the remainder of his life. You can keep up with Oreo on this Facebook thread.
