Senior blind pug and his bonded Brussels mix companion need safe home

See also

Winston is a totally blind pug who depends on his "seeing eye dog" Winnie, a Brussels mix. The two are extremely bonded, and are eight and ten years old.

The pair have been living in a shelter environment for the last two years in Longview, Texas, and it is urgent that these two seniors who get along with dogs, cats, and kids find a home. The dogs must be kept together.

Both dogs are fully vetted, have all of their vaccinations, are spayed and neutered, and micro-chipped. They are paper trained, but with assistance will do their bathroom obligations outdoors.

A Facebook thread for Winnie and Winston can be followed by clicking here. Humane advocates and animal lovers are urged to share the story of these two loving dogs with their families, coworkers, and friends; someone out there must have the heart and the will to share their home with these two beautiful seniors.
