A family and a young man are coming apart in a post Communist world, defined by the old Marxist newspeak, sexual perversity and a peculiar strain of mental dysfunction. In addition to being an award-winning Czeck playwright, Petr Zelenka is a widely recognized director of theatre and film. Funny and tragic, Zelenka’s voice is more than European, it’s global. Don’t miss the “Seinfeld in Prague” two-act experience.
Tales of Ordinary Madness, is directed by Barry Feinstein, who began directing at the old corner theatre in 1976. He directed last season’s highly acclaimed Glengarry Glen Ross.
Featured in the cast are: Helenmary Ball, Lisa Bryan, Mimi Dang, Daniel Douek, Tucker Foltz, Roxi Johnson, Rick Lyon-Vaiden, Alexander Scally, Jessica Taylor and Phillip M. Walters.
