Macy’s is inviting their customers to share the love on Facebook and Twitter by sending virtual hearts to their digital darlings or by tweeting #heart@Macys. For each heart or tweet sent, Macy’s will donate $2 or up to $250,000, to the American Heart Association’s “Go Red For Women” movement-- to help fight heart disease in women. The campaign started on February 1st, 2012.
For a gift that gives back, digital cupids are invited to send free, virtual conversation hearts, to their loved ones through Macy’s Facebook page: facebook.com/macys, to benefit the “Go Red For Women” movement. With messages like “I< 3 U,” “TE AMO,” “UR SWEET,” and the option to design a conversation heart of your own, these adorable hearts are sure to make your sweetheart swoon.
