Kentucky Senator Rand Paul has filed a lawsuit against the NSA challenging that the NSA program collecting American’s phone call data is unconstitutional. Senator Paul said on Wednesday “Today we ask the question for every phone user in America: can a single warrant allow the government to collect all your records, all the time”? “I don’t think so”.

Senator Paul filed his lawsuit in The Federal District Court for the District of Columbia. He joins FreedomWorks, a conservative and libertarian advocacy group, who is listed as co-plaintiff in the lawsuit.
