Sen. FRANKEN-stein: When a Funny Man, is not too funny...

"Franken feuds with T. Boone Pickens"

I wondered how Mr., now Sen. Franken was going to behave when he finally got his shot. Now we see... STUPIDLY!!!

Yeah, I hated the "Swift Boat" ads. Supported John Kerry in 2004. The Swift Boat ads didn't kill Kerry. His campaign was off the mark, no one cared about Viet Nam. And images of Homosexuals smouching all over TV, viaing for the right to marry, (Which as Karl Rove sneakly knew was impossible as 2 persons of the same sex cannot consumate a marriage. Sodomy is NOT intercourse!), sent Republicans to the polls, on a very hot day, by the droves.

Today, Mr. Pickens, Founder of: The Pickens Plan , has spent over $60,000,000.00 of his own money promoting alternative energy - including Natural Gas for Vehicles, the cleanest, most abundant petro fuel in the U.S.A.

FRANKly, Sen. FRANKEN-stein we need more Americans like Mr. T. Boone Pickens! Leave the past when it belongs! It's history. Get your act togeather and be proud that Mr. Pickens was even polite enough to offer You the Time of Day, - Which is NOW when we desperately need Americans to come forward with a viable Alternative Energy PLAN which Mr. Pickens has done!

Listen to  The Man with the Plan!

We want Natural Gas powered vehicles to be manufactured in the USA. We need licensed Natural Gas conversation stations, and re-fueling stations set up all over the Country. Do your job as a Senator and take the action necessary to begin that progress immediately and keep the wise cracks to yourself.

You ain't on Saturday Night Live no more. Although I'll bet at times you probably still think so...

If we must manufacture machines for our transportation, and travel, Kenn wants them to be the safest, and best to blend with Nature. To be a part, and lovingly belong to Nature, while safely and greenly traveling through, and within Nature.

Yeah, you're SO right, Kenn, that's just what we need: more Americans like Pickens, a rapacious billionaire who conducts himself like King Farouk all his life and now, in his dotage, decides oil is no longer the main chance. Heck, who needs a strong democratic political movement in favor of a more sane energy policy when we can just relax and let enlightened billionaires make those decisions (especially if they have an inside track on further enrichment for themselves)? I'm sure Pickens' three ex-wives and all the businesses that pirate raided during his career of plunder would heartily agree with you too!

Tom Paine sounds a little bitter and a lot misguided. T Boone chose not to be political about this and has a solid plan. If Millard Fillmore was resurrected and gave the world a cure for cancer I wonder if a suffering Tom Paine would accept it or just troll blogs fussing about those darn Whigs.

Is it envy of his success that makes Tom want to impede progress or is it blind conviction to party lines? Either is shameful.

Well, seeing as there were marriages before the idea of consummation even existed, you're completely wrong on that part, but even without that reasoning, you're argument only applies to religious marriages. A civil marriage needs only a signature to be valid, not a "consummation".

Pickens is right to point out we have a crisis grounded in our gluttonous appetite for oil.
It is an outrage he still clings to the Swiftboating travesty.

I used to be a Pickens Supporter, and used to believe he was in it for the right reasons...but i heard a couple comments...well Tom Paine is actually on the money. I could give a rats ass who gets married, and I still cannot stand John Kerry 99.9% of the democrat, and republican party. So put that pipe and smoke it..it has become the biggest pile of horses#*! i have ever seen in my life.

I'd be more sympathetic to this if Mr Pickens would apologize and be a man about it. Yes, the Kerry campaign was poorly run and his loss sent us into mayhem but Mr Pickens did a despicable thing calling John Kerry, a war veteran, a coward and glorifying the alcoholic pussy from Texas. An apology would heal this wound.

Maybe apples and oranges, but Kenn, how did you feel about the actors who snubbed Elia Kazan at the Academy Awards about 10 years ago?
