New Directions Community Outreach (NDCO) will be hosting the annual Seminole County Homeless Connection fair this year at Community United Methodist Church in Casselberry, Florida on June 6, 2014 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The purpose of this one-day event is to provide individuals and families in Seminole County who are less fortunate with opportunities for medical and dental services, employment assistance, food stamps, Medicaid eligibility review, housing options and help finding other community resources.

Basic toiletries and personal hygiene items will be distributed and a hot meal and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

Seminole Homeless Connection evolved from the theme of Project Homeless Connect, which calls for efforts by the entire community, including government, faith based, private and nonprofit organizations and local businesses, to partner and find solutions to end homelessness.

Any community organizations that are interested in participating should contact Debra Thomas, Founder of NDCO at 407-900-1910.

Community United Methodist Church is located at 4921 U.S.Highway 17-92 Casselberry, Fl 32707.
