Wednesday, the final US teams began the semi-finals for the 2010 Little League World Series (LLWS) of baseball; the US semi-final teams will compete in Championships games through Monday and the winners will move on to play in the 2010 LLWS games in Williamsport, PA from August 20-29, 2010.  The semi-final games were aired on ESPN2 Wednesday.

Thursday, the Mid-Atlantic, Northwest, Southwest regional teams will compete for their final placement and the games will be shown on ESPN2. The Northwest region will compete in San Bernardino, California. The Southwest region will compete in Waco, Texas.

The final list of who will compete at the 2010 LLWS will be completed after the Championship games are played Monday, August 16, 2010.
