Self defense seminar for San Antonio women

"Dangerously Cute Women's Self Defense" is a seminar that is offered by STW Krav Maga Worldwide Gym and Fitness Center for San Antonio women. With the recent incidents of women being attacked at our area parks and running trails, this is one way to take charge and learn how to protect yourself.

The special seminar will cover techniques to use against an attacker and situational awareness.

The upcoming seminar date is January 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Crossroads location of 100 Crossroads Suite 107 at the Crossroads Annex. The class is open to women age 12 and older.

There is a fee of $20 and proceeds will benefit the Lauren Bump Memorial Fund.

Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes, no jewelry. Check-in starts at 9:15 a.m.

Krav Maga is a fighting systems developed by the Israeli military based on reflexes and body mechanics. So it is easy to learn and not dependent on size or strength.

There are a variety of fitness events and programs available at the gym, ranging from yoga to kickboxing. See class details listed on the website along with the schedules.
