Selena Gomez participated

with the Children's Medical Center in a parade in Dallas and shared the experience on Twitter.

Yesterday she posted, "Back in Dallas... see you all at the parade bright and early :)" and included a link to her Facebook profile.

This morning, Selena Gomez was, as she had announced, up bright and early, tweeting, "Getting excited for the #parade !!"

Finally, once the event was over, Selena Gomez took to Twitter one more time to share a picture of her surrounded by kids while at the parade with the Children's Medical Center, along with the words, "Did a parade in Dallas with the Childrens Medical Center!"

Selena Gomez's participation in the event is yet another demonstration of her involvement in causes worth working for, as was previously proven when she became the youngest UNICEF ambassador of the United States.

Certainly, this positive attitude has earned Selena Gomez the love and admiration of her young fans, who not only watch her Disney Channel show and movie Wizards of Waverly Place and buy and listen to her album, Kiss and Tell. They also make and send her bracelets to show their love. 

Selena Gomez is the kind of teenage star parents would want their children to look up to, their is no doubt about that.
