Selena Gomez seems to be working hard this week on her new album while also taking time out to enjoy the DVD release of “Hotel Transylvania,” as the talented singer took to Twitter this Monday to let fans know she had fun helping make the movie and making music in the studio. Celeb Dirty Laundry also reported this Monday that with Selena newly single, there have been some recent links of a possible relationship between her and One Direction’s Niall Horan. Of course, while Niall and Selena are definitely good friends, Entertainmentwise added yesterday that it’s singer Paloma Faith who the 1D star may be interested in dating, as there’s rumors that he “proposed” to her.
There was some definite dating speculation surrounding Niall Horan and Selena Gomez back toward the end of 2012, but both stars stayed quiet on the gossip, while sources added the two singers were just "close friends.” Yet Selena Gomez is still looking lovely as ever while entertaining her fans, as the “Love You Like a Love Song” starlet took to Twitter over the weekend to post a “Penny Lane” photo of herself, adding that she was in the studio (and thus likely working on her new music album, due out this March).
“Today in the studio … I’m Penny Lane from Almost Famous. :)”
One Direction’s Niall Horan, meanwhile, also has some dating rumors surrounding him, as the blonde boy band lad has allegedly set his sights on singer Paloma Faith. Paloma revealed to the Daily Star this week she suspects Niall has feelings for her after friends said he secretly told his mates he wanted to make her his wife after they met at a party a while back.
“I’ve been proposed to by One Direction,” said Paloma. Well, that’s the rumor that somebody started. I met Niall from 1D at a party. He was lovely, but when I walked away he turned to a friend of mine and said, ‘I’m going to marry that girl.”
