The on-again, off-again couple are off-again, according to a new report on Thursday. What's interesting is that the information appears as a side note in a different story.
According to the report, which emerged on Thursday, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez had a massive fight on Dec. 30. They had flown to Mexico for New Year's Eve, but after the blow-out fight -- just the latest in their contentious relationship -- on Dec. 30, the couple broke up (again).
Reportedly, Gomez left Mexico the same day, while Bieber left for Los Angeles on Dec. 31. The couple hasn't seen each other since then.
On New Year's Day, Gomez tweeted the following:
New beginnings. Fresh start. I love you all :)
It's unclear if the fresh start she mentions has anything to do with a split from Bieber.
The past few months have been rocky for Justin Bieber, 18, and Selena Gomez, 20. They reportedly broke up in November, but it was also reported it wasn't the first time.
They later reunited, but she reportedly gave him some requirements for staying together, an ultimatum of sorts. It's unclear if it had anything to do with it, but Bieber spent a lot of time in Mexico Instagramming, but none of it included Gomez.
